Manufacturing Process
J.B.Plaster is made from hemihydrate Calcium Sulphate to which no additives are added. It is manufactured in an automatic rotatory drum under controlled temperature. The product is available in dry powder form and is applied on Interior Walls & Ceiling. It provides smooth finish to internal wall surfaces & it requires no water curing, attains quick strength & is also free from shrinkage cracks.
How to Use J.B. Plaster
- Do not use hook while loading/unloading of the bags.
- After taking out plaster from the bag close the bag to avoid contact with moisture.
- Always ensure that wet hands are not used to pick the plaster.
- Before applying on the walls, the surface should be cleaned with water.
- To make fine plaster, thorough mixing of Plaster is done to make it free From lumps before use.
- Apply 2nd coat of plaster only after the first coat sets on the wall.
- Always mix plaster powder in the water, not water in the plaster.
- Gradual Setting : Gradual Setting Time makes its work ability easy & thus easier and faster to apply.
- More Volume & Coverage : Normally 1kg of JB Plaster cover + 2.4 sqft area.
- Transeverse Strength : JB Plaster has a good transverse strength of approx. 6-7 kg/sqcm. Thus more life on the wall surface and it is also scrub resistant.
- No Cracking & Shrinkage : Being incorporated with finest & purest Gypsum there are no chances of Cracking & Shrinkage.
- Easy to Apply : If can be applied on the interior Walls & Ceiling protecting your expensive. Paint to erode.
- Packing : It is available in 1kg, 5kg, 20 kg, 25kg, 40 kg Laminated Bag having Batch No, Date & Year of Mfg.
- Storage : It Should be stored in a Dry Place Protected from Moisture. The product should be used within Six Month of Mfg. Date. As a Thumb Rule, First in First Out Stock Management is Advisable.
